Last Updated: December 27, 2025

At FourElementsTrainer.app, we respect the intellectual property rights of others and expect our users to do the same. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act of 1998 (“DMCA”), the text of which may be found on the U.S. Copyright Office website at http://www.copyright.gov/legislation/dmca.pdf, we will respond expeditiously to claims of copyright infringement committed using our website.

1. Hosting & Content Policy (The “Preservation” Clause)

It is important to clarify the nature of the files hosted on our servers:

  1. Modified & Optimized Versions: The application files (APKs) available on this site are modified versions of the original software. They have been altered specifically to ensure compatibility with modern Android operating systems (e.g., Android 13/14), to fix graphical glitches (e.g., “Pink Screen”), and to improve download stability for global users.
  2. Interoperability & Archival: We host these files for educational, archival, and interoperability purposes. Our goal is to preserve versions of the game that are no longer supported by the original developer or do not function on newer hardware.
  3. No Ownership Claim: We DO NOT claim ownership of the “Four Elements Trainer” intellectual property, characters, script, or assets. All rights belong to the original developer (Mity) and their respective copyright holders.

2. Infringement Notification (How to File a Takedown)

If you are a copyright owner, or are authorized to act on behalf of one, or authorized to act under any exclusive right under copyright, please report alleged copyright infringements taking place on or through the site by submitting a notice that contains the following:

  1. Identification of Works: Identify the copyrighted work that you claim has been infringed, or – if multiple copyrighted works are covered by this notice – you may provide a representative list of the copyrighted works that you claim have been infringed.
  2. Identification of Material: Identify the material that you claim is infringing (or to be the subject of infringing activity) and that is to be removed or access to which is to be disabled, and information reasonably sufficient to permit us to locate the material, including at a minimum, the URL of the link shown on the website where such material may be found.
  3. Contact Information: Provide your mailing address, telephone number, and, if available, email address.
  4. Good Faith Statement: Include both of the following statements in the body of the Notice:
  • “I hereby state that I have a good faith belief that the disputed use of the copyrighted material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law (e.g., as a fair use).”
  • “I hereby state that the information in this Notice is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that I am the owner, or authorized to act on behalf of the owner, of the copyright or of an exclusive right under the copyright that is allegedly infringed.”
  1. Signature: Provide your full legal name and your electronic or physical signature.

3. Where to Send the Notice

Please send all DMCA notices to our designated Copyright Agent at the following email address:

Email: [email protected]

We aim to respond to all valid takedown requests within 48-72 business hours.

4. Counter-Notification Procedure

If you believe that material you posted on the site was removed or access to it was disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may file a counter-notification with us (a “Counter-Notice”) by submitting written notification to our Copyright Agent (identified above).

5. Repeat Infringer Policy

FourElementsTrainer.app does not condone or tolerate copyright infringement or any violation of the intellectual property rights of others. We reserve the right to terminate the access and/or use privileges of any person who has been determined to be a ‘repeat infringer’ of the copyrights of others.
